Your staff is either incompetent or they cheat on purpose. I hate liars and cheats. You lost me as a customer. Your staff, including the manager, told me my engine was over filled because the dipstick level was between the first mark and the second mark. They told me the 7.9qt full level is at the first mark on the dipstick and if it goes past the first mark it is over filled. I looked it up when I got home and discovered that was not true. You owe me a refund for 1.6 qt of 0W20 Full Synthetic Oil because you charged me for it but they only filled it to the first mark on the dip stick. The manual clearly says: "The approximate quantity of oil needed to raise the level between low and full on the dipstick is 1.6 qt." I trusted your staff, but now I know I should not have. I wont be back.
