My wife and I only have one complaint: the service personnel did not have a knife or liquid to remove the old window sticker from the previous oil change reminder. Other than that, everything went very well. We have been customers at this location for many years and witnessed the transition from the previous owner, Mr. Car Wash. We endured very poor service initially from Valvoline and almost switched to another brand. However, we decided to stick with Valvoline and have since noticed significant improvements that the company has made. Thank you for these positive changes; they will undoubtedly attract many new customers.
