    I get my oil changed here all the time. Techs and staff are friendly and efficient. The problem comes if they do any damage to your vehicle you have to get yelled at by the area/market manager Dave. They over tightened the drain plug requiring an oil pan replacement. He was Super unprofessional. Dismissive of a major problem. Dave won’t speak on a recorded line with corporate customer support. They have admitted liability but won’t give me their insurance information.

    I have been using Valvoline Oil Change throughout Temple/Belton for years. Service is always fast and friendly! I recently showed up at the end of the day on a Saturday for an oil change and coolant flush. They took care of me quickly and with a great attitude. I would highly recommend their services.
