There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I arrived. The manager came around to each car and inquired about the services needed and asked for documentation needed for the inspection. He stated that the wait wouldn't be long and that they would get me in as soon as the two vehicles in front of me cleared. Then once inside, they acknowledged my past business and knocked out the inspection and then the oil change. The attendant checked to see if I knew how to reset the oil monitor. I did and he thanked me for my service (Army) and told me to have a great day.

I went there for my usual vehicle oil change(been going to this specific location for several years), and they were their typical happy & helpful selves. The specific employee advised me that I was due to have my automatic transmission fluid checked free of charge(along with some other items). They checked the radiator fluid, etc as well(which were all fine). However, my transmission was bad(they showed me the color which was black). They replaced that as well. They were fast(considering everything they did), and very friendly during my time there. I will always go to this specific location, and do for both of my vehicles.
