I received great service from Kayla, Chris and Brian. I felt like they went above and beyond to help me with all that I needed above just an oil change. They were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I want to take a moment to recognize Ethan, Ted, and Kayla at the Valvoline in Temple for their outstanding professionalism and exceptional customer service. This location is hands down the best Valvoline in the entire county, and it’s because of great people like these three who go above and beyond for every customer that walks in. Ethan showed incredible patience and knowledge when helping me with my truck. Even toward the end of the day, when most places would’ve already turned customers away, he went out of his way to let me pull into the closed bay and get my oil change done. That kind of dedication and care speaks volumes about his professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He also took the time to educate me about a few issues with my truck and recommended the right services to address them — something you don’t see every day. Ted was just as professional and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly and ensuring the experience was seamless from start to finish. And Kayla was absolutely spectacular — extremely organized, kind, and attentive to every detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work and keeps everything running like clockwork. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.
