All good. Received oil and filter change. No problems.

Service has never been an issue for me, and I have left as a happy customer after every visit. The reason for my 3-star rating is honestly the interaction I witnessed today while getting my oil changed. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. However, I was very uncomfortable with the way he spoke to one of the technicians, whom I believe was named Timothy. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s exact role, whether he was a manager or another employee, but I witnessed him repeatedly talking down to Timothy, calling him an “idiot” and speaking to him in a very disrespectful manner. The gentleman had a Jason tattoo on his hand. It was clear that the interaction was affecting Timothy, and it made for an incredibly awkward situation as a customer. I genuinely felt for him. Regardless of someone’s position or role, speaking to a coworker that way should never be acceptable, especially in a professional workplace. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, and employees should not have to endure that kind of treatment while doing their jobs. I also overheard a technician working underneath my vehicle drop the F-bomb. There were children in the car, which made that language particularly inappropriate and disappointing. I want to emphasize that I was pleased with the service itself, and I thought Timothy did a great job. I can’t say whether the behavior I witnessed is typical or whether someone was simply having a bad day, but neither situation excuses treating a coworker disrespectfully or using that kind of language in front of customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I appreciate the quality of the work, but professionalism, respect among team members, and appropriate language around customers are just as important to the overall customer experience..
