I haven't had a bad experience at this location yet, but during my last visit I asked the gentleman who asked me to open the hood of my car for a pair of pliers. The plastic hood latch is broken and I can only open it by pulling the latch cable with pliers. The man handed me a pair of pliers and said "You know if you just got your sh*t fixed you could open the f*king hood." I may not have gotten every expletive, but it was something to that effect. I didn't say anything in response, but during the rest of the oil change he was cursing at the other employees and dropping a lot of F bombs. I'm not a very sensitive person, but I don't like being cursed at, so I probably won't be back to that location.
