2.0 out of 5.0

I always use Valvoline for my oil changes, never had an issue. They were not able to service my vehicle due to an issue with my car, which I understand. However, while doing their normal routine of checking the filters, I was offered a cabin replacement without being told the amount. Total for JUST the cabin filter was 64.94. I was not told the price. I understand needing to make money, but that price is honestly ridiculous. If I had known the cost, I would of declined and done it myself. It takes nothing to pull the glove box out and replace the filter, which can be found at any auto shop for maybe $20. I honestly feel scammed for the price, and probably won't be back.
