I want to start by saying this review would be 5 stars but is dropped by 2 stars due to the issue I had today. My visit at Valvoline on Hewitt Dr this morning was pleasant. No issues with the CSR or the ladies that changed my oil. I did not have any concerns upon arrival or after leaving until I got an engine overheating warning on my way back to work from picking up lunch. Upon checking under the hood, my coolant reservoir was bone dry. Per my receipt, it appears they checked the level and it was OK. Seeing how this is inaccurate, I am hoping the team at this location will take this more seriously. I spent a good chunk of my afternoon resolving this issue when they could have simply advised I needed to fill the reservoir. I have attached pictures of my receipt with a time and date stamp along with the empty reservoir photo from this afternoon. Note: The tire pressure shows not checked but was done and the CSR showed me how to reset the oil service indicator light back to 100%. Overall, it just seems like this maintenance check list needs to be accurately updated to help customers avoid issues.

They didn't tighten my oilfilter enough and it was leaking while going down the road. I reached in and could spin it off fairly easily with my hand. I'm glad I caught it before road vibration let it get to a point that I locked up my engine.
