Really, nothing. The team members were great. I just had "sticker shock" at the cost. I had a coupon from Subaru for $69 full synthetic oil change plus a tire rotation. I didn't want to drive to dealership, and usually the dealership is more expensive than anywhere. Since we'd used this location (formerly "Quik Kar,"now Valvoline) for many years, I went there. I was not happy that all the service records of our cars were now gone. He asked if I wanted 1/2 synthetic or full. Had my records been there, he would've known. Plus, he really should have known that Subaru requires synthetic. I told him I needed "full" to maintain my Subaru warranty. But imagine my shock when the quoted price was $109 for full synthetic. The man servicing my car did say their prices are now higher than the previous location, but I thought that just meant about $10 more. I probably will go to the Subaru dealership in the future due to cost.
