got an oil change done 1/12/2026. noticed my car was leaking oil a few days later but due to my schedule i wasn’t able to take it back up there until two weeks later. i sat in line for over an hour. i told them the problem and they looked it over for over 45 minutes. they told me it was transmission oil and that my transmission needed to be looked at. i took it over to a local transmission shop for a second opinion. it took them less than 5 minutes to tell me that the oil filter housing was cracked (due to overtightening) and it would need to be replaced.
they use to be really good and this is my first problem i’ve ever had with them but due to it i will not be going back.

Outstanding customer service. Jack did my oil change! Will supervised. His dynamic was awesome. Will was great at supervising! He made it his business to explain when to bring my vehicle back. Sharing knowledge with customers is key to a returning customer. Building a relationship of trust in the moment.
