While I was having my service done, the manager pulled one of the employees over to ask him if he was under that he smelled like alcohol. I tried to ignore it and keep to myself.. I drove off a few hours later. I noticed that my car was making a race car like noise.. I had my wife listen to it and she said the same thing.I called Valvoline and told them something is not right.I brought my car back up there and they did not put my air filter back in the housing.It was completely disconnected from my car. So when the employee was taken away by the manager while he was working on my car, they never finished the job.This is absolutely unacceptable. I asked the manager for a phone call the next day so I can talk to the manager and he never called me nor did they offer me any compensation for having to drive back up there and putting myself and my car at riskIf there was an employee under the influence while working on my vehicle this is grounds for a lawsuit.

I believe the manager was the one who did the service on my car and he was great. Great attitude positive feedback and apologize for the delay. Ask about the inspection and he apologized once again and said that the gentleman that completed the inspections was not in that day but I could call to see if he was in. He was very nice and helpful.
