There are some good workers here, very respectful. However fundamentally I think this location is flawed, while the manager is currently out the workers or acting mangers seem to think they get to do what they like in terms of the “first come, first served” approach not being followed. They will literally ask a person or people to reverse to let someone else in front of them, even if said people have also been waiting 20-30 mins. The bays are a first come first serve line approach, and my time isn’t any less valuable then the first, however we do all have to wait our turn, I’m not sure where they are confused on this no different then any other drive through style line. This has happened on more then 2 trips, I would be mindful if you decline their request as they will try to retaliate and cause a bigger delay by not letting you in the bay at all even if the bay is wide open, but prove a point by letting the person they wanted in front of you in first. Wild imo.
