Stopped in for some routine maintenance on my truck, coolant flush, oil change, diesel filter change. My vehicle was running perfectly fine when i pull into the bay. They cannot do the flush because they dont have the equipment... Okay fine i go forward with the oil change and diesel filter. Oil change went completely fine. Got the batteries tested and they show me the results and every thing reads absolutely fine. The diesel fuel filter was improperly installed, leading to air in my fuel system. I make it 4 miles down the road before my truck loses fuel pressure and broke down. Truck throwing codes for low fuel pressure in fuel rail, low fuel pressure to injectors. I call them and explain the situation and im on my own for a tow, and a hotel, for an issue which was very clearly caused by the incompetence of the staff. Battery ended up dying after trying to prime the system and crank it. To add insult to injury the manager on staff, matthew would not acknowledge that yes the truck was airlocked, and that this all stemmed from their shoddy work and blamed it on my battery. Ended up paying ANOTHER $420 dollars for new batteries that were killed trying to crank the truck after their service.
Overall unprepared and unaccountable. Thanks a lot.

So I don’t normally do google reviews, but I stopped in today to get air in my tires. Isaiah came to my car was very engaging and listened to everything I said with 0 interruption and then offered to take extra time and check my fluids after airing my tires. It was an outstanding experience and definitely showed the best sides going to Valvoline
