Oscar had good customer service when I went to get my oil changed. I didn't know I needed a new air filter till he showed me how dirty it was! He was very knowledgeable about what services I needed for my next service.

I pulled into this Valvoline on my way to work after finally giving up on Take 5, fully expecting the usual runaround and “we’ll get to you when we get to you” attitude. Instead, Anthony at the counter greeted me like a regular, walked me through the options in plain English, and had me feeling taken care of in about thirty seconds.
David and James on topside plus Christopher and Tucker in the pit ran that bay like a pit crew. Clear handoffs, clear communication, no pushy upsell, and they checked what needed checking without turning it into a sales pitch. The whole shop was spotless, the team looked squared away, and the work felt precise and intentional. I was back on the road before I could finish scrolling the news, with full confidence the job was done right.
I honestly hesitated to write this because I do not want to ruin a good thing by sending half of Houston here, but credit where credit is due. If you are tired of being treated like an inconvenience when you just need your oil changed, this shop is worth going a little out of your way to reach. These guys earned a loyal customer today.
