I used this facility 3 times. The first time was really good. Told my wife to take her care there and they forgot to screw the cover on the bottom of the filter access. I believe called rock shield and it made noise that made my wife anxious. the Valvoline man had to come to the hose to rectify the situation. I decided to give them one more try and they forgot to reset my Oil percentage use indicator. I will have to go back today to see if they know how to reset it. Only one out of 3 good service is not a great score. I think too many different people involved. One person should have overall responsibility.

My oil was leaking from the bottom of my vehicle when I got home. I looked on the undercarriage of my car and there was oil all around. The nut was not tightened to torque and I wasn’t sure if the crush washer was replaced. Knowing this information would have saved a lot of stress.
