My daughter took her car to the Valvoline in Willis for an oil change on June 9th. After testing her battery the car wouldn't start. They pushed her car to the parking lot and recommended calling tow truck. She had it towed to dealership. On the tow truck all of the oil leaked out. The dealership fixed the car. Valvoline refused to pay for the damage. They only refunded the oil change. My daughter was stuck with $1,100 bill. Valvoline would not return emails or phone calls. I recommend avoiding this business.
