I decided to try out Valvoline because I needed my oil changed quickly and had heard that I could stay in my car, which was a total bonus, even though I didn’t have my kids with me this time. I was able to pull right in and the whole team got to work checking everything that goes along with an oil change. The store manager was awesome at keeping me updated with the process on the computer screen, while I sat comfortably in my car. Two of my tires were missing valve caps (I had made a quick stop at a tire shop on my way to a funeral the day before and apparently they didn’t put the caps back) and they replaced those at no cost. Besides the team being quick and thorough, I appreciated them showing me that my cabin filters were still good by shining a flashlight through it, instead of automatically just telling me I needed to replace it like the usual place that I go. I have recommended this shop to multiple friends and family members since I stopped in. And I definitely plan on coming back!
