This place makes it easy. You stay in your car while they explain everything that they’re doing and what the process is. They are highly professional, and the actual oil change doesn’t take very long. I’m thoroughly impressed with the people that work here and how the operation is run. Their hiring standards seem to be high. If you go to their website, there is always a discount coupon for an oil change. I highly recommend this place

This is our go-to for oil changes. Normally a great and speedy experience. Not today. We have been sitting here for 50 minutes. They played 'musical chairs' with us in the two bays. They had us back out and move to the other one. Then they serviced someone in the first one before us that came way after us. That car was done 20 to 30 minutes before us. It will be a full hour by the time we leave. They took others before us. Feeling burned. Please do better. I don't like to give bad reviews. Sometimes it's necessary though. (55 minutes total)
