I appreciate that there is a serious commitment to knowing my car and what is best, and willing to do inconvenient checks because of poor thought out engineering (such as ford fushion cabin filter location) without making me feel like they are being put out. I know they will do for me what I want. They give me ask the information and let me decide. I can't always do everything at once and I appreciate that I am not made to feel bad or uneasy about that.

It was fine. I had an issue with new oil that looks like it had spilled or leaked onto a bottom plate and then continued to drip when I got home for some time. I returned and they said there were leaks and cleaned up a bit. Whether the residue oil was cleaned or a crank on the oil plug fix it, I don’t know, but it’s fine. This is a good shop, very efficient. No problems. I’ll be back.
