Went in to get my emissions and registration. Ended up waiting 30+ minutes for these guys trying to figure out how to put the vin into their computer. After they couldn’t figure out the easiest service offer, they offered me the same free coupon anyone can get on their website at anytime. So no compensation at all in fact. Go support the local Mexican guys who at least know how to put a vin number in even though they don’t even speak English.
