Was double charged in May of 2025, the manager said he would put a note on my account saying my next service was “free” because technically it was already paid for and he would put a note on my account for whoever serviced me next to see. Went in for my “free” oil change and was told that they cannot honor it unless they see the debit card statement. Then when I found the record and showed them they said there was nothing they could do and they would have to charge me. I’ve been going there for years, lost my business, and anyone I know that still goes there. Absolutely a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.

Devin and the other staff member working with him tonight at the Cedar Hills, Utah location were great! Devin helped me jump my car, run a test on my car to find any possible issues, and helped me get a new battery! Great guy and great service!
