I’ve never posted a review or had an issue changing my oil. But I had a bad experience with This location. They overfilled our vehicle causing us to pay for a completely new oil change at the dealership the very next day. Because the oils change was done incorrectly we wasted $150 and I think a refund was the right call. Brought the receipt the next day of the new oil change and Tried working with the location and eventually to customer service. Heather was extremely rude and unwilling to offer any assistance. Won’t be back.
