Friendly people, but SO slow!! I waited over an hour just for an emissions test and renewal. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would’ve gone down the road to Emissions Plus. By the time I realized how long I’d be waiting, they were about to close, so I was stuck. You’d think they’d at least give you a heads-up about the wait instead of wasting people’s time. Friendly staff is great, but being respectful of customers’ time matters too. Definitely frustrating.
