I waited in line for close to an hour and was told I would be given a discount on my service for the excessive wait, however I did not. I was charged for extra oil because the staff had spilled oil. I noticed the next day in my driveway oil appeared to be leaking but upon further inspection it was the excess oil that was spilled. I had to pull every off on the bottom to make sure it wasn’t leaking. I could have just done it myself. Now my undercarriage as well and the driveway are covered in oil.
