I started using this location because of its convenience and how quickly the oil change was done but my last visit when they were trying to remove the cover over mine oil pan they broke the bolts off told me that they admitted tightened too heavily the previous oil change which they had done. I asked if they'd be willing to fix it they said that shouldn't be a problem and they would reach out to me it's been about a month now I've called and left messages with no response very disappointing to be disregarded from a mistake that they made
