The Valvoline team was very helpful and efficient. I was in and out of there in less time than it took to check my email. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help.

Went in today for a routine oil change. Made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt because this is the SECOND time this Valvoline location has disconnected a hose to my engine to check the engine air filter (not needed since they replaced it last time) and forgotten to re-connect it before closing the hood. Last time, I was able to swing right back around and let them know about the issue, which they fixed but denied responsibility for. This time, the check engine light turned on when I was about 30 minutes away and I had to just fix it myself. They really should have some sort of checklist to make sure everything is reconnected before closing the hood, especially when doing things that the customer did not ask for.
