Lost my business. Paid them to do a transmission flush. Only 5000 miles later the transmission is acting up. I asked them to do it again forgetting they just did, and they reminded me it was recently done and it’s good. Have mechanic look at it and says it’s the worst fluid he’s ever seen. It should be red but it’s very brown and dirty, and I had to pay for it to be swapped again. Called Valvolene and told them I paid for a service I didn’t receive. The district manager named Heather called me and told me I was unreasonable and unfair. She was very rude and unprofessional, I’ve never received so much attitude from a manager. But she believed I would never return anyway and offered no apology. They have robbed me and lost the business of the 7 cars in my family. This can be fixed if someone just apologized and offered a credit or discount. But I’m leaving this on all locations overseen by Heather until then.

Alec and his team were so awesome today! They werent pushy at all and thats important to me! I felt like they listened to me and that's not something I've found at other quick lube shops. They were all super friendly and made the visit quick and fun :) Thanks guys!!

Best place for an oil change. They closed in 45mins and still were happy to give me an oil change, liquid top offs and tire pressure. Thanks so much!
