The oil filter was installed improperly, which cause oil to sputter all over the engine area. They quickly replaced the filter with a new one and sprayed some water and air to clean the area. My car has been smoking for several days now. It could have been cleaned up better. I opened the hood and could still see visible oil around the filter and engine area. They tried, but still left a mess.

I called the lehi location which stated they cannot complete transmission service or tire rotation at this time so I was told to go to Saratoga springs.I was advised my car would be a drain and fill for transmission. They stated they cannot do tire rotation either they have no lift. My oil chg was completed but was in the bay about an hr then was told they would have to disassemble my car to drain trans fluid and could not take bolt off. I called ahead of time for 3 services I went where lehi advised and was only able to have 1 service as opposed to 3 which was dissatisfying to be told after that only my oil can be done after being in the bay for an hr. Staff was very friendly I will say however In front of customers one staff member asked another that was under my hood if he can ask customer to start his truck the other responded yes we always have to and yes it's ok. He didn't seem educated on what to do.
