At my previous oil change I was told I needed new air filter. I opted to decline the last time and bought the part and brought it with me this time. Only this time they said I did Not need a new filter and would not check the cabin air filter as the previous guys had. I ended changing that myself the next day.

Pulled up to middle bay. Was asked to move to right bay. Was asked to move back to middle bay. Was asked to move back to right bay. They didn't have an oil filter and had to have one delivered ... but only discovered it after the old one was off and the oil was drained, at which point I had no choice but to wait.Just watching the team bumble around the shop left me with very little confidence. They spilled quarts of oil on the car next to me and had to use a squeegee to clean it up. They failed to communicate with the guy in front of me and he pulled out of the bay on his own before service was complete (dangerous). Staff members were not communicating well and were bouncing around from car to car with no clear game plan. It was unclear if anyone in the shop was actually in charge.
