Went in for a regular oil change- as soon as I get home I start smelling smoke but think nothing of it. I go drive my car and smoke is coming out of my car everywhere, I thought my car was going to catch on fire.
I immediately go back to get this looked at and they let one of my weather strip fall down which made it start burning off. One of the workers said it in his own words, “glad you brought it in because this was almost catching on fire, could’ve turned really bad” when I asked them to either replace the stripping or give me a refund for the oil change he called the manager, Kevyn, who was extremely rude and said it was not their fault. They would not compensate me in any way even after admitting fault.
I’ll never be returning to this company ever again. Terrible customer service experience and management.

I just started leasing a vehicle that has an oil fleet acct. With Valvoline and I couldn't have had a better experience getting the oil changed at this location . Top notch customer service!
