Kinda seems like this place is just a bunch of high school kids with zero experience. One of my cars they said they couldn’t remove the oil filter, another car they said they think the oil drain plug is cross threaded and didn’t want to remove it.
When I did the oil changes myself, the filter came off with no problem, you just have to set your purse down first.
Certainly won’t be going back.

We used to love coming here until today. I had to pay $150 for a European oil change. They told me I have a oil leak, so I said lets not do the oil change, but they said oh were already done. So now I have to get it fixed where they will need to do a oil change again with the repair. I just wasted $150 for no reason.
The girl then told me "it was so bad we assumed you already knew quote"
Well no I did not know as there is no oil in my driveway for me to have known about it.
I did call the Valvoline corporate office this morning to file a complaint to which they agreed with me 100% that they never should have performed the work after knowing there was an oil leak.
I also found it odd that when looking at my final invoice, the kid deleted the part about the oil leak from the notes section. Perhaps to cover their butt because they know it was a mess up.
