I really like vavoline because you get to stay in your car while they service it, and theyre really quick. I went to the new Saratoga location so some of the staff was still training and didnt know too much. Very affordable pricing plus amazing coupons.

They checked my battery and showed me that it looked green healthy then when I tried to start my car the battery was dead. Then they asked if I had had battery problems in the past and I said no never and then they said well letu2019s charge it up and then it started but died again. Then they said the battery is 6 years old so it must have always been bad even though Iu2019ve never had any problems with it and they said well if it dies again come back in so I can buy a new battery?? Seems like something happened during the oil change but they tried to gaslight me into thinking the battery was always bad.
