The only place I will get my oil changed. I love being able to stay in my car. The staff is extremely friendly, and thorough. I appreciate the attention to all the details such as checking all my lights, double checking that all the caps are sealed and the overall efficiency and speed.

I usually have a good, speedy experience with Valvoline. When I came in today, there was only one car in front of me in each of the two bays, so I expected to be in within 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting over 50 minutes, there was no sign that I would be seen anytime soon. I could have had my oil changed three times over at another shop in that amount of time, and I had to be somewhere else, so I left.
