I got an oil change today and was happy with the speed of the service. The customer service by Selena not so much. Specifically the reason being, I brought in a coupon and purchased their highest package, and the $20 coupon wasn't applied, and I wasn't told up from of additional oil fees. They cover up to 5, which is no big deal, but the $20 coupon could not be applied when I returned to share my concern. Again overall ok place, the process and customer soft skills, not so great.
