I think Alejandro? I think that was their name. Got mad at someone for giving a discount, as it meant some other charge was negated. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable and bad for the person who gave the discount and obviously understood Alejandro's disapproval.

This was my third time coming to this Valvoline. Unfortunately, while well intentioned, the team made an error that affected our starter and we are still trying to get that resolved. That said, they are all very friendly and willing to help. One thing that I absolutely can't stand, though, is that they call me man, or buddy, or bro. That is horrible customer service. Every person that comes through there should be sir or ma'am. It that simple thing increases the customer service satisfaction by a factor of 10. If, after being addressed formally, the customer tells the staff to address them informally, that would be the time to do it.

I needed an oil change and emissions test. I also asked that my front headlight be replaced. I was charged for things I was never told about. They told me that they fixed my light. Since my hood was up, I couldn't always see what they were doing. They lied about fixing my light. I didn't check the invoice until I got home. I was surprised how high the cost was. I won't go back because they lied to me about fixing the light. Makes me wonder what else they lied about. I have gone to valvoline for many years in different states. This was my worst experience in decades.
