Daekwon did an amazing job diagnosing issues with my Jeep and what steps to take to fix the issues. He is very knowledgeable and I was impressed. Dre performed my oil and required maintenance. Both were professional while keeping it fun. I will definitely be back.

It was the little things that were not done and not checked. The mileage record was inaccurate (actual: 114k, recorded as 141k), so the windshield sticker was 144k, instead of 117k. The location was out of the basic grade of oil, and since my adult child, a young driver, was the one behind the wheel, she has no idea what the timeline is for getting your oil changed. She didn’t catch the numbers being wrong, and thought it must’ve been a pretty great deal for 30,000 miles between oil changes. Lastly, they didn’t reset the indicator light on the dash. All of these minor issues lead me to wonder what major issues were overlooked. For a young driver coming in, not having the depth of knowledge to follow up on how things should be done, her following the recommendations they gave for the next oil change would’ve destroyed the car.
