I waited 25 minutes to get into my bay while the the other two bays were much faster. Cars that got there after me got serviced and left before I could even get into my bay. This was the longest wait time I have ever experienced. I received a 20%off coupon in my email for a spring discount but could not use it on my Wednesday appointment. Frustrated that your price is overpriced if you were willing to give a 20% discount on a Saturday only but I could only receive 10%discount. I feel I was overcharged by not being able to use the 20% discount. I am not satisfied with my current visit a all.
