I was obligated to pay for the most expensive (not really needed) oil change just because the facility was out of the oil I usually get. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and come to find out I had no choice but pay at least $50 more because supposedly they only had a pricier product. Such a disappointment, I donu2019t have all the time to go back for my oil change the next day or the day after so I had to pay for what was available
