The young man that was helping was extremely polite from the beginning to the end of my visit. He was African-american gentleman with locs. He took his time explaining everything that was going with my vehicle and was very thorough. I had many questions which he didn't hesitate to answer confidently. There was one thing that he wasn't quite sure on, and he got his coworker who was more knowledgeable to come over and explain to me. Very well done and I look forward to coming back for anything oil change.

The staff was not pleasant at all and I have been to this location before and most of the time they are very nice. My tech that helped me his name was Calvin and he was about his work but not friendly at all, he told me about a service that I needed for my vehicle and when I told him that I wasn't able to get that service that day, he turned his back on me when I was still talking to him which was very rude and disrespectful and he never responded to what I said to him.I saw a lot of cell phone usage going on and laughing and joking around of the staff under the hoods of customers car but they weren't communicating any issues with the customers. I looked up and it was like four staff member's under my hood and if there was an issue , I was not made aware of the issue. I was very disappointed with the whole tone of this visit, the waiting I could deal with but the rudeness and disrespect is total unacceptable.
