Service has gone downhill. Didn't even refill the wiper fluid.

Wanted to also recharge air conditioning system in my 2016 Audi A-6. The Ashburn, VA location doesn't have the licenses to use type 134YF refrigerant. Also not available at the Sterling, VA location as well. Very disappointing!

Excellent speedy thorough service. I came for a full Synthetic Oil Change. While the oil was being changed, a lot of other services were being performed - tire pressure, brake fluid and power steering fluid, windshield washer, transmission fluid, etc. The car needed power steering fluid and they refilled it. I was charged only for the Full Synthetic Oil Change. There were other times that I would appear at this Valvoline Service Center like when the front fender underside got dislodged from its position and the mechanic by the name of Ziyyad fixed it back in place and did not charge me a dime. He was the same mechanic who filled up my power steering fluid and did not charge me. Such a gracious service with a smile. This type of service makes me always return to this place for service and highly recommend my family and friends to service their cars at this Valvoline Service Center located at Ashbrook Common Plaza near Dunkin Donuts in Ashburn.
