I came in for an oil change and later noticed a burning oil smell and my oil light came on, which was concerning. I went back and they were very kind, took responsibility, and fixed the issue. They also gave me a free oil change, which I appreciated. The initial situation was stressful, but their customer service and willingness to make it right stood out.
