Glenn was professional, helpful, told me everything he was doing and seemed so happy to be working there, which speaks volumes to a customer. He even stopped someone from cutting in front of me when most people probably wouldn't have bothered with the potential confrontation on behalf of someone else. Great experience!

Beware of submitting your phone number on the website to get a coupon for an oil change. I gave them my phone number and am now receiving spam calls and text messages constantly.
