Our service representative, Carlos, was very friendly and professional. He explained every step along the way, and even showed us our clean oil after it was changed. He also showed us how dirty our air filter was, and recommended, but did not push, that we consider replacing the air filter at some point soon. I went ahead and had that replaced along with the oil change. It was so convenient to be able to drive through for service, with no appointment needed, especially with my children in tow! Definitely beats waiting for hours at the dealership for service!

Showed me air filter - oil level. Don’t make me feel foolish when I couldn’t open the hood. Manager helped locate the coupon I couldn’t find. I saw the small fans for heat relief and Valvoline you need to do better for your employees in 90 degree plus heat - I don’t know how they keep going all day in that heat
