Took my 2019 jeep in for a simple oil change. They tested my battery and said it was good and then told me to start it up. My jeep wouldn't start ,now engine light on, battery light on and in freaking out! The manager brought a scan tool and a jump box out got it started and cleared the codes. Every since I left them my jeep Is having issues that it didn't have before they touched it. I call the manager and told him with a smug laugh he denied my claim. I wouldn't let them clowns work on my lawn mower after this experience! How do you screw up some one's car doing a oil change!

Today I noticed my oil change light come on and oddly enough I was driving right past this location. I pulled up and was ushered in so fast and I cannot tell you the last time I got such good customer service. so I’m not shocked to see so many others feeling the same way in the reviews. I wish I got everyone’s names but I’m sure they know! I really appreciate being greeted with such friendly faces and good attitudes. I’ll for sure be coming to this location from now on! Thank you everyone there for starting my day off right!

The gentlemen who worked on my van were very efficient and worked together as a team. They were cordial with each other while remaining professional.
