I had a few minor items that needed replaced in addition to having my oil & filter changed. The manager was the serve agent and she shared a few recommended services that are due given the overall milage. I mentioned that I was taking my vehicle in for a 100K check and was not sure what is covered by the service. I requested a price quote for the services recommended so I could compare with the auto service I use. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the service - as a matter of fact, the manager was so professional, I will be back if the the price Valvoline charges is the same or cheaper than the service station. It was a great experience.

I mentioned to the technician that I didnt see the air filter. He said they checked it. I tolld him I never saw it. He said they notated it. The rep got flustered and told the manager you help him and walked away. The manager then came and said would you like to look at the filter again. I said no one showed it to me. He then showed it to me and said yes its rough and needs ti bd replaced. You didn't have the part. What irrated me is he put notes saying air filter housing plastic is brittle and damaged on arrival. He didnt mention any if this to me. And after inspecting myself i didnt notice any damage or brittle plastic

Team members assured me that they had knowledge of components under hood pertaining to oil changes and fluids. I specifically asked them to make sure all fluids were topped off and to let me know if something was low and they couldn't fill it, staff said ok and particularly said antifreeze was ok which was my concern. 2 days later I check under hood since AC wasn't too cold and find there was no antifreeze in jug. Not happy at all
