When I call to the Valvoline general phone # on July 01, I ask the representative if the location at Ironbridge in Chesterfield, VA has the oil filter VO-90 which is the Valvoline filter for my Hyundai Sonata 2009 V6, she said YES there are 8 in stock. But when I get there, 1 hour later, there isn't any VO-90. So I have to call again customer service and schedule for the next day (07/03) in another location (West Hundred RD).So, I think the customer service people must check with the locations about the filter stock before giving us an answer.Thanks

All of the techs are knowledgeable and I trust their expertise. I would also looked to add that they need to have some sort of air conditioning in the Bay Area cause it is extremely HOT 🥵 WHILE WAITING AND I SEE HOW HOT 🥵 AND SWEATY THE TECHNICIAN ARE WHICH I FEEL IS UNSAFE FOR HUMAN BEINGS TO WORK UNDER THIS TYPE OF ATMOSPHERE WHILE TRYING TO PERFORM THEIR JOBS THEY DESERVE A WELL VENTILATED WORK AREA !!! This ventilation will also help us customers to enjoy our visit while getting our cars serviced!! Thank you 😊

I love this location!!!! Brit rocked it and I really appreciate them! Everyone is great at this location....the ONLY thing that's kinda whatever-is the way there are two bays-I was in bay one and bay two was moving way faster. A car arrived after me and was helped first and the car behind them finished the same time as me! I wish there was one line leading to the two bays, so it was first come, first serve.
