I was under the mileage due until another oil change and needed a top off as I has a NOS indication and was charge approximately $28. I know other reputable oil change services nearby and up and coming to the area that offer free top offs. I was a loyal customer and appreciated your services until this incident occurred. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First of all, I got an oil change while the car next to me changed twice.I had no idea what the person working underneath was doing, but the car kept shaking, and time kept passing like they did not know what they were doing.I finally asked the employee above(Aidan) what the problem was, and they said it was taking so long because they couldn't open something. I hope there's nothing wrong with the car. And the biggest problem is that when I asked about the types of oil and how long it would last, Mr.Maliki told me that blended synthetic oil lasts 5,000miles, and full synthetic oil lasts 7,500miles.But the sticker only adds 3,000miles. Then what's the point of paying $101 for the more expensive option????I just hope the car isn't damaged. This is the worst service ever.
