I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline thanks to David! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He walked me through process and clearly explained the condition of my serpentine belt, making sure I understood why it needed to be replaced without any pressure. I called around and got a few estimates and Valvoline came in at $100 cheaper! In this economy that's a PLUS!
David’s attention to detail and customer service really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but David definitely does. He is a fellow BMW owner (shout out) so he was very knowledgeable about my car. The weekend crew (Sunday) was very young and I was skeptical about their overall ability and skillset. However David showed leadership and ALL of the young men we professional and polite.
Highly recommend this location and especially David if you want honest, reliable, and top-tier service!
