I went this morning and it seemed like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. I got a conventional oil change and the price was 56$ and with a coupon it was down to 48.36. I usually only pay between 38-40$ and I just had my oil changed here 3 months ago. I will go to Walmart next time and pay 25$ instead

Middle of the year I visited and ended up getting a refund for my service. Spilled a bunch of my coolant without topping off, didnt check tire pressure, the woman was nice but was more interested in giving me her number than making sure my vehicle was taken care of.
Gave em another chance a couple weeks ago cause I got a $15 off coupon. Had it ready on my phone and everything. Got caught up in the service and didnt remember until my card touched the reader to tap. I told the guy it was my only reason for coming and instead of voiding the sale and adding the coupon, he kept saying "we'll get you next time, trust me, ill make sure of it", like it matters. They send those $15 off emails pretty regularly. Also he decided not to check my cabin filter cause it was too much effort, lol.
There won't be a next time. The sales people are single handedly driving people away from this location.
