That was by far the fastest oil change Iu2019ve ever gotten! Pretty sure I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff were really friendly, didnu2019t try to sell me on anything, and completely read the room perfectly. I walked away from there with a beaming smile and immediately texted my friends to tell them how satisfied I was with the service!

I think the guys were just ready to get out of there. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed and there were 2 cars in the bay and one ahead of me in line. When I got into the bay I was told how much the oil change would cost and that was pretty much it. They changed my oil, but I don't think they did anything else. I asked them to check my tire pressure which I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have done if I hadn't asked. They were out of reminder stickers and were unable to tell me how to reset my oil light. Someone suggested I go to the dealer which was ridiculous. As soon as I left I pulled into a nearby parking lot and found a YouTube video explaining what I needed to do to reset the light. I felt like an inconvenience. I have received much better service from another Valvoline location. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location.

The wait time was insane because the person in front of my kept getting more and more recommended services and they couldnu2019t decide what they wanted to do. Then when I entered the bay they recommended me to change my wipers that I literally just put on my car 2 weeks ago so it made me question any of the other recommendations they had because do I really need them? The last time I was there they only did recommendations for factory recs and I did them this time it seemed more sales pitchy. I also noticed on my invoice it states they checked my windshield fluid and it was ok when in fact it was bone dry

Kyle is the man!!!!!!! We had an issue with our car starting he took off the battery lead which was filthy and cleaned it got the car started we did the oil change and got us back up and running !
