I'm almost 70 and have always done my own maintenance on my vehicles. I tried the Valvoline center because I simply didn't have time to do it myself. After one service, I decided that this was the way to go - easy, quick, convenient and I don't have to dispose of the used oil and filter. I needed new wiper blades and am very happy with the replacements provided (at a very reasonable price). This was my second visit and I'll be back in about 7,000 miles.

I witnessed the team initially let the woman drive out of the bay without her hood fully closed. If it weren't for the guy guiding her out noticing it, she almost was on the road like that. As for me, I was barely even talked to. The guys in the bay were too busy talking to each other, I was simply asked what I needed and that was it. For the team, I felt sorry for them. It was high 90s out and there was no ac in the bays. I was only in there a short period of time and I was soaked in sweat.
