I recently visited Valvoline for an oil change. Recommended services were discussed but I was not pressured to buy anything if I didn't want to. Staff was friendly and easy to interact with. There was no wait time. It was raining slightly, but staff guided my car into the service bay so I didn't have to get out in the rain. Service was completed promptly and thoroughly. When I went in my car wasn’t making any noises it shouldn’t have. I noticed there was a lot of shaking and clanking from the staff. Most of which I expected. It seemed a little excessive and I have a feeling they messed something up. Little did I know, my a/c fans started making a lot of noise. My car is new so there shouldn’t be noise like it’s making from my fans.
