Every time I go to this Valvoline center, some component of the Mini oil change is missing. The first time was the oil filter, second were waiting for the oil, this last time the oil filter (I go to an auto parts store to purchase it on my own for which I am credited.) I realize that the Mini is a European car, but it's inconvenient when I have to wait or get my own oil filter to get the oil changed.

I love not having to get out of my car. If I have the dog or the kids with me it is a huge benefit not to have to pack everyone out when the car sends the warning that it's time to change the oil. The employees are always upbeat and seem knowledgeable.
