Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Pulled up and was taking Care of immediately. Vanessa and Jesse were both awesome. Fast and knowledgeable. I learned about other fluids in my explorer that need to be changed that the dealership never mentioned at any of my oil changes. I'll be back. Valvoline is my favorite place to get my car serviced. These guys did $8000 worth of damage to my wife's 2023 Kia Soul by trying to hammer in the incorrect filter. Now they are dragging their feet making it right. My wife calls and calls and these guys just string her along. Since the management changed this place cannot be trusted. I suggest you go here if you want your engine destroyed. Thanks Valvoline. UPDATE: I am literally shaking with anger after I was updated by the store manger. Valvoline refuses to pay for the damages that their shotty work created. And though my wife's car is documented by Valvoline as having no leaks prior to the oil changes (they did 2 that night because my wife's car started leaking after the first one) and very few miles that it is OUR fault and that we just need to access our warranty with Kia. A warranty that Kia tells us doesn't cover USER ERROR. The mechanic that Valvoline sent our car to further documented that the damage was caused by a botched oil change and the incorrect installation of the oil filter. My wife's car started on fire. HER LIFE WAS IN DANGER. Valvoline should not be used for any reason under any circumstances. It is my new goal in life to ensure that Valvoline is no longer allowed to destroy the cars of good Americans. UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: Valvoline had taken responsibility for the damage and is having the car fixed. I will give a final update when the repairs are completed.

$75 for a standard oil change (with customer supplied oil) is highway robbery.
