Brought the car in for an oil change. I specifically asked that my air filter and fluids NOT to be checked, toutched, or even looked at. When I opened the hood days later I found my air filter had been removed and not put back together properly, none of the latches that held the air intake box down were latched and one of 3 vacuum lines was not reconnected. I'm sure the staff is under pressure to preform and are pushed hard. My advise is to get your service done at a shop that does the job right. Thats more important than doing it fast. It seems the poor techs might be rushed and pushed so hard to get things done fast and not done correctly. I wish all the employees the best they were very nice but i won't be returning - RFS
