As noted, staff was very, helpful, and seemingly authentic. They did not have my oil filter in stock and did not realize until halfway through so they had to run out and buy one. Grateful for the hustle but this held us up another 15 minutes.

There are 2 signs at this location that state they open at 9:00 on Sunday. I was there at 9:05 and they were not open. When I went back later, I was told they didn't open until 10:00. This is not acceptable. Change the signs!!The sticker they gave me showed the next oil change is 3,000 miles. That is not correct for this car. Now I have to go and research how many miles. Even with a $25 coupon I won't go back.

Answering the phone after I broke down on side of 288 after calling over 6 times.Transferred to TX in error. No regional could be reached or the store. Had to make the decision to tow my own car after being on a busy interstate in the heat with cars blasting by. How you say I didn't have a multi point check but receipt says otherwise. I had to tell the rep to stop touching my air filter mid drill. No store would answer to see what my problem was after leaving from an oil change and breaking down after my car decreased in power.
