The team was fabulous, my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with them. They did a great job. My dissatisfaction is with how Valvoline Instant Oil change as a company now changes oil with a vacuum machine rather than draining old oil from the plug. There is no way the vacuum is getting all the old oil out, the vacuum stick can't reach the bottom near the plug. For this reason alone I'll never return.

Didn't try to sell me anything beyond the intended service. Staff (Macy, David Harlo and another associate; his name escapes me, but he was a valued part of the experience) explained each step of the process. I asked how many quarts of oil my vehicle takes, was told the exact amount (4.7 quarts); no ah's or umm's). Trustworthy service and fair price is my highest priority and expectation. I received excellent oil change service and excellent customer service; I hope that Valvoline staff receive the same, especially with salary. You can't expect excellent service from unhappy employees. Thank you.
