I was the first customer of the day at this location. The service manager let me in at 5 minutes after posted opening time for a simple full-synthetic oil change for my 2021 Bronco. I declined all the other services because I needed to get to work. The manager seemed to be doing the work himself as he was the only one there.
A couple hours later, I went out to my car and saw a puddle of oil underneath and a rainbow of fluid streaming into my parking spot. I immediately drove back to the shop, which was only 5 miles away.
I saw the same service manager and he was a bit dismissive. I was taken in quickly by another very professional and concerned employee, Wes. Wes and team confirmed the filter was cross threaded and not tightened and there was oil all over under the vehicle.
Wes was extremely apologetic and took care of my situation, confirming the manager had completed the work the first time.
I had heard horror stories like this, but I’d had great service in the past at this location. I understand mistakes happen, but I was completely disappointed that the manager didn’t come apologize himself…never even came by. That’s the real problem here. Had I not paid attention, I could have easily destroyed my engine. Wes gets a 5, the manager gets a zero….thus the rating of 1.

I really appreciated how informative and polite Jeff & the rest of the staff were. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on with my vehicle. Very professional team
