Horrible experience I’ve been dealing with the 1120 mercury blvd location for years. Basically when I first got there the first tech spent like 3-4 mins trying to access my hood release. Finally (Jeff) came over to help released it. Moving on they completed the oil change and then as I was leaving they told me that everything was okay and no issues. I got home and saw a puddle

Under my car. Usually never see anything like this I tried to release hood and the latch assembly was broken. Mind you earlier that morning there was no issue with it prior to my visit because I accessed it to add windshield washer fluid. Drove back to location (Jeff) claims oh it was broken when I came in. Wouldn’t someone say something that hey by the way did you know that this is broken and having a hard time to release
The hood. No he claims do it this way now and release it told him I didn’t remember ever having to release my hood the new way. He says well it was like this when you came in. I addressed the oil coming from the under carriage and he said oh the new tech failed to use a bottle to collect the old oil
As the drained and evacuated the system and changed the oil filter. Highly disappointed in this location and the dishonest customer service. I want answers from corporate is this how we treat customers and stand by our company? Half the techs in this location doesn’t even have a basic knowledge and understanding of car maintenance. So I had to spend over 2 hrs under my car to wipe down the entire undercarriage and then clean inside the bay of my
Engine hood due to oil allowed to leak everywhere. Oh and their answer in the beginning was oh just spray water on the oil
That was leaked. And they had no degreaser to offer me for cleanup. I want answers DO NOT GO HERE! Jeff highly disappointed how

Other times was no issues. But broke my hood release and couldn’t own up to it!

Horrible service dishonest they broke my hood latch and failed to report to me. When I left I had oil showing slight leak under the car when I tried to release the hood the assembly was broken
