Came at nearly the end of shift workers looked tired and ready to get off but thatu2019s understandable I guess cause I have job and I know what itu2019s like when your 30 min bout to get off. Staff still could have smiled and been more pleasant but overall service was fine. Seemed like it was to much oil put in the car because the oil line was a little bit passed full but didnu2019t say anything to the workers I will check the oil in a few days and see how the car drives as well. But typically I have no problems after a oil change from valvoline only once my oil was a quart low after driving the vehicle for a few weeks

I had a left turn signal that wasn't working i asked for them to change it.the gentleman pulled the bulb out &said they didn't have one but could get on there quickly. Once the bulb came in he came to i stall and then came to me and said it was an electrical issue that my brake light wasn't working either. He never offered to refund the bulb and I still ended up paying for something that never got fixed. I am not a mechanic but I totally know a tiurn signal bulb is not a peanut bulb which is what her ordered. I stopped at avalanche got a 3157 bulb and replaced myself now all works. I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't done . Oil change was great as we're the people who helped me. But the guy who told me it was ethical issue needs schooling.
