I went to the Haymarket location for my first Valvoline oil change. I was pleasantly surprised! Ian performed concierge type service; he was efficient, knowledgeable, kind with no hard sell. Kevin was the mechanic and performed the service very quickly. While I do miss getting my car vacuumed like with that other company, I do not miss the high-pressure sales tactics. I will definitely return to Valvoline for my next oil change.

Oil spilled everywhere under the hood due to staff rushing or carelessness, while refilling engine. When asked to clean it up, technician got offended and proceeded to wipe down the painted exterior of the vehicle with the same oily rag.
