This is one of the worst experiences I had in oil change, so many mistakes that I don't know where to start, these people didn't take their job seriously, all they were doing was playing and joking with each other and when it was the time to do the oil change they spilled all over the entire engine and did not even clean, the fluids were never topped off like they said they were going to do, the tires pressure were never checked and on top of that they didnt even put the oil change sticker on it, we have to pull up in the parking lot and clean everything ourselves and when I tried to talk to them about it the guy said spills happened at all the time and the fluids looked good even when I pointed that their was in the minimum he stated that that was the normal level and when I asked for the manager he told me I already had the chance to talk to him when I was in line, like I was supposed to know all this would happen, and all this was handled with an attitude like it was our fault, really rude and absolutely a poor service, I highly don't recommend no one to use this location, now our car smoke when the engine gets hot due to all the oil spill on it! Never will happen again and that's for sure!
