I especially appreciate their honesty and transparency, e g., Josh & Cameron explained everything clearly and step by step as they checked under the hood. They showed me my old filter. I've had former mechanics say they changed my filter but did not. Josh cleaned my oxidized headlights and said to return anytime to clean them again at no charge. I arrived at 8am and waited for about 10 minutes because the place was still closed. A short time later a young man showed up and stated that he was the only one there and the next guy is a bout 45 minutes away so can I come back later. So I left and came back around 3:45 and was greeted by the same guy and he was real nice and even offered me a 25 percent discount, I waited behind a car that was getting a tire rotation and the girl kept stopping and talking to the guys while several guys were behind me, the when I received service she asked if I had a coupon I said yes and the guy offered me another discount and she stated she was aware of it but at the end she never told me the price of my service. I found it out when I looked at my email and she only gave me the 15 percent discount. What a bummer after all that, I even got a filter and wiper blades because I thought I was getting a bigger discount.
