Pretty quick. Did the oil change just fine. However, one of the techs dropped a screw, belonging to my air box housing, when trying to reinstall it. I heard it drop down the engine bay to the floor. Not a problem. He went to retrieve it and came back a few minutes later. He proceeded to drop it again. I was dealing with payment and didn’t think the tech would just give up on getting the screw and completing the task. I left and it hit me. “Wait, did he not come back with the screw?” I checked. He did not. Unprofessional behavior. Do the job right or get out. Never going back to any of your stores. I do my own maintenance but didn’t feel like doing it this time. Should have trusted my instincts and done it myself. Not worth $81 either that type of lazy behavior.

I will NOT be going to this location again for services because it seems when I was having trouble trying position my car to enter the bay they seemed to have an attitude trying to guide me in. I should have just reversed back and went to another Valvoline. If you going to have an attitude just stay at home or something and not ruin someone's ELSE'S day.
