Satisfied, in my opinion is a good rating and will not stop me from returning. This was my first visit to the facility. The staff, while cordial and friendly, did have some issues with certain aspects of my vehicle. I was asked by a tech where the oil filter is. This is OK. The time it took to wait to get service and length of my oil change/tire rotation was long. Again, this is OK. I believe my satisfied rating is appropriate.
