I arrived about 15 min before closing on a very hot day. As I pulled up, you could tell the guys didn't want to work any more, and I don't blame them. The main guy walked out and told me the Lexus that was pulled in behind me had been there previously and actually needed to be serviced before me. He asked if I would wait, or better yet could I return tomorrow. I was insulted...was it related to my Toyota RAV4 vs a Lexus? Or maybe they just wanted to be finished for the day? I explained I'd just had a terrible experience with another Valvoline service center. They guy changed his demeanor, became very friendly and accommodating. From then on, my service was great. By the way, the customer service rep on the phone didn't include tax...so the prices didn't match. And if you want to know about he other Valvoline experience, let me know.
