It took 2 guys to pop the hood with one insisting that I wasn't pulling the lever correctly and then doing the exact same thing and having to have a second person tell him it needed to be lifted after the lever was pulled. Then, they took out my engine air filter and attempted to replace it. 3 employees tried for several minutes to place the new air filter and ultimately were unsuccessful and had to dig the old one out of the trash and re-insert it, which also took a few minutes. I am not confident they did it correctly. After this experience, I was left wondering about the competency of the staff to complete any of the tasks involved with a basic oil change and concerned for the well-being of my vehicle.
