Dropped off my car for an inspection, a young lady helped me right away so I wasn't late for work. Got a phone call a few hours later with the bad news, failed. The guy i talked to began to tell me what needed to be done in order to pass. After he informed me of what needed to be replaced he said one part had to be ordered and would be there the next day. And it was only going to cost just shy of 1400 dollars. I of course drove away with a rejection sticker, I called Haley Toyota and gave them the list of what needed to be done and asked for an estimate. All oem parts and Toyota certified labor. Was almost a hundred dollars cheaper. 1 part that valvoline quoted 299 dollars was only 189 dollars oem O'Reilly was 129 aftermarket product. Quote from valvoline 639 parts 740 labor 1379 parts and labor elsewhere 850.00 don't take your vehicle to an oil change business for an inspection.

I was driving home, when I looked in my mirror. A lot of smoke was coming from my truck, so I pulled over. Long story made short. One person stopped and checked on me.
It was Shawn Ciafardini, manger of Valvoline Service Center. Shawn checked to see if he could do anything to get me back on the road. Even laying on the cold ground to look under my truck. Unfortunately a oil line had busted.
Shawn mentioned he could repair my truck and should have it fixed tomorrow. Shawn Ciafardini quoted me a price.
Long story made short, Shawn was able to fix my truck the next day. The price was well within his estimate, after I requested an oil change.
I give a big thank you to Shawn and his crew at Valvoline.
