Zero-Star Review
If you’re considering this Valvoline, save yourself the headache. I walked in at 4:21 PM and found five employees standing around doing nothing except talking like they were killing time until the clock hit 6.
I asked about a state inspection, which should’ve been simple since they had zero customers and clearly no work happening. Instead, they all stared at each other like I’d just interrupted their group chat. Finally, one guy — glasses, beard, skinny, wearing a toboggan — tells me, “We’re actually getting ready to close.”
Funny, because the hours on the door say 6 PM.
When I pointed that out, suddenly the excuse changed to, “Well, that part closes at 5.”
Okay… but it was 4:22. They had more than enough time to do an inspection if they weren’t so focused on wrapping up early.
And honestly, if the attitude is this lazy and dismissive right in front of customers, I can only imagine what kind of corners get cut when they’re actually working on people’s vehicles. If they can’t be bothered to help when the shop is empty, what happens when they’re under pressure?
This place is a joke. I won’t be back.

They do good work but don’t depend on the estimate you get from them beforehand. It will not be the same. They will charge more that you get an estimate for. Be prepared to pay more than expected

Friendly, fast, and thorough
I've been to some other locations where the employees seemed distracted and careless, but here they were on it!!
