Went yesterday for a state inspection. The technician, Robert, did an excellent job checking over my 2004 Infiniti. I really appreciated having an opportunity to talk with him directly about his findings and recommendations. Getting an inspection is usually a pain and full of worries about the integrity of the service provider and whether they're going to nickle and dime you for unnecessary repairs. None of that happened and in fact, during my inspection it was noticed that two lights weren't working but when the technician went to replace them, he found that they actually werent burned out, rather someone working on the car previously failed to reconnect the wires. His honesty about this saved me the cost of replacing those bulbs and the associated labor. As a result of Robert's honesty and professionalism, I will be taking my car back today for an oil change and will spread the word about my positive experience at the Lexington location with friends and neighbors.

They are wonderful all the managers there and employees are polite to each other in the customers. They explain step by step what they are doing to your vehicle. They also explain to you what needs to be done and why it needs to be done before they perform the services. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you valvoline for being grate at what you do for your customers.

I was passing through Lexington and had car issues. Since it was a Sunday and Valvoline was open I stopped to see if they could help me. Michael was very helpful, took care of the issue and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you Michael!
