I usually go to Waynesboro VA for service, went to Lexington VA after pulling continued to wait tech told me problem with drain plug, I asked to check air filter he lost screw did not know where or how to open, asked me out the vehicle when I asked him about it then told me I couldn't be in the bay, I asked for the manager who was in the bay but seemed busy doing other items, finally tech found lost screw of air filter, I finally was finished after at least 45 minutes there others that had came after finished before, I will next time if I visit vavoline,will go to Waynesboro VA

I can watch what they are doing and that is nice. I always wondered about the service I have had at the dealers because I had to leave my vehicle. The only thing, I am 88 and it was sometimes difficult to understand what was said but they repeated the question. I can always tell that my car is running better after a service. Thank you.
