Oil change

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Valvoline in Lexington, Virginia, during what started as a very stressful situation. At 11 PM one night, my daughter discovered an issue with her back tire that we thought was a flat. We had a tow truck take her car to Valvoline in Lexington, where we left it overnight. I called first thing the next morning at 7:30 AM and explained the situation to the technician. Even though they already had a full day of appointments and other cars to service, they went out of their way to fit my daughter’s car into their schedule. Thankfully, we discovered that the car didn’t actually need a new tire, which would have been a much more expensive repair. Instead, the issue was with the valve. They didn’t have the part in stock, but they ordered it for next-day delivery and installed it as soon as it arrived. My daughter was able to pick up her car that same day! I especially want to recognize Andy and Keith for their superb customer service. They were attentive, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They could have simply treated this as another repair, but instead they made us feel like they truly cared about helping my daughter get safely back on the road. What could have been a stressful and expensive mess turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience, all because of the way Andy and Keith treated us. Thank you, Andy and Keith, for going above and beyond! You are a wonderful reflection of what great customer service should look like.

The staff were super friendly and explained the services before they started. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were very professional! All in all a great experience! Will definitely be back at this location!!
