I scheduled an appointment to get an alignment on my vehicle. Knowing how fast this place completed oil changes i thought it would be done quickly. I was very disappointed. After waiting about 20 minutes sitting in the waiting room, I walked back to the other building where the alignment machine was and my vehicle had not even been pulled into the bay. Even after it was on the lift there was no sense of urgency to get the job done. At one point I thought I saw the tech that was working on my car in parking lot helping another customer. I again walked over to the alignment bay and sure enough he was looking at someone else's car. When he saw me he said he was almost done with mine and came back to work on it. I was there for 2 and a half hours for a simple alignment after scheduling an appointment. I will never visit this location again

Anytime I go for an oil change it's a great experience, but tire services are a different story. Today my truck was pulled in around 1:15 for my 1 o'clock appointment, and it took 3 1/2 hours to do a tire balance and rotation. Also, while in the process of putting my lugnuts back on, they cross threaded one and broke the stud off then claimed it happened because "I've had a lot of tire services". The truck only has 65k miles and less than 10 tire services. Got charged $100 between the lug nut, wheel stud, and labor to fix it. Pretty ridiculous. There was 1 other guy having a vehicle serviced there, an alignment, and when I finally left he had been waiting 2 1/2 hours. Phone went unanswered many times as I sat in the lobby (no employees in the office after Jenna clocked out) which was weird since the bays were empty.
