Had an oil leak from a pinched washer after my oil was changed at this location. Did not check to make sure everything was correctly fixed before letting us go. Employees were very unprofessional. One specific employee started talking to me and another employee walked up she stopped listening to what oil I was telling her I wanted and started laughing and talking to the other employee that walked up. They were mainly laughing and joking around while trying to talk to me & fix my vehicle.

I always go to valvoline. But this experience was the worst. The crew that work this time was unprofessional. They kept playing instead of checking on the cars. I was there for almost an hour with no reasoning of what was taking so long. It was a very unpleasant experience.
